What these terms cover

These terms apply to the pages of this website and to nothing else. Custody, trading and every other service are governed by the agreements you sign with a Hex Trust company at onboarding. Where an agreement and this page differ, the agreement applies.

Which entity provides which service

• Hex Trust MENA FZE Custody in Dubai. Licensed by VARA for Custody Services (VL/23/08/002).
• HT Markets MENA FZE Broker-dealer services in Dubai. Licensed by VARA for Broker-Dealer Services (VL/23/08/003).
• Hex Technologies Pte. Ltd. Digital payment token and cross-border money transfer services in Singapore. Licensed by MAS as a Major Payment Institution (PS20200664).
• Hex Trust Limited Named on the live site as a custodian within the group. Its place of incorporation and the services it provides are to be confirmed.
• HT Markets (SVG) Limited Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, company number 26756. Counterparty of the Aura Master Trading Agreement.
• HTMI (BVI) Limited British Virgin Islands. Counterparty of the wrapped token terms.

Eligibility and restricted services

The two Dubai companies may serve Institutional Investors and Qualified Investors only. The Singapore company does not serve retail consumers, and its OTC execution is open only to verified Accredited and Institutional Investors. Wealth Management (Aura), token wrapping, wXRP and DPT lending or staking appear on the global website but are not offered in Singapore or Dubai.

Intellectual property, liability and governing law

The text, design and marks on this site belong to Hex Trust or its licensors. The clauses on permitted use, liability and governing law are to be supplied by counsel; the governing law was not captured from the live site.
