Who is responsible for your data
The Hex Trust company that serves you decides how your personal data is used. The live global policy does not name that company for each jurisdiction. The companies are described under the Hex Trust legal entities, and their licences under licensed entities.

What we collect and why
- Website enquiries Your name, work e-mail, organisation and message, used to answer you.
- Onboarding and verification Identity and company documents and details of beneficial owners and authorised users, used to meet know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering duties.
- Transaction monitoring Wallet addresses and transaction records, screened with Chainalysis KYT and Chainalysis Reactor.
The legal basis for each purpose differs by jurisdiction and is to be stated here by counsel.
Who receives your data
Personal data is shared with the Hex Trust companies that take part in your service, with identity verification and transaction screening providers, and with regulators, courts or law enforcement where the law requires it.
Retention and transfers
Records are kept for as long as the law and each licence require. The Singapore disclosures give at least five years after the business relationship ends for personal data and transaction records. Hex Trust works from several countries, so data can move between them; the safeguards for those transfers are to be stated here.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to some uses. Send the request to [email protected] with enough detail to identify you. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country. Complaints about a service follow the complaints procedure.
