Hex Trust Limited (Hong Kong)
The live trust centre lists two Hong Kong items, a trust company registration and a Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP) licence. It gives no number for either and does not name the company that holds them; the name Hex Trust Limited comes from the site's llms.txt file alone. The status in plain terms: TCSP licence (AML), not an SFC-licensed platform.

The Companies Registry issues TCSP licences under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (Cap. 615). It is an anti-money-laundering licence and does not cover the operation of a virtual asset trading platform.
Other entities named in Hex Trust agreements
- HT Markets (SVG) Limited Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, company number 26756. Counterparty of the Aura Master Trading Agreement.
- HTMI (BVI) Limited British Virgin Islands. Counterparty of the wrapped token terms.
- HTEX Limited Hong Kong. Its live page prints “License no 26-06-03339 (currently pending fulfilment of license conditions)” without naming the regulator. The company converts and remits currency for corporate clients and “does not engage in activities relating to virtual assets”.
This page claims no regulatory status for the first two companies.
Europe: historic registrations
Two European items appear only in dated press material. A release of 12 July 2022 said that the Organismo Agenti e Mediatori (OAM) had approved Hex Trust Italia for the Italian VASP registry. A release of 2 August 2023 reported a Digital Asset Service Provider (DASP) registration in France from the AMF and the ACPR. No current legal, regional or service page of the live site names an EU entity, so the present status of both is unconfirmed, and no EU service is offered or marketed from this page.
Services not covered by these licences
The global website describes services that the Dubai and Singapore companies do not provide. Each regional page says so in one sentence.
“Services such as Wealth Management (Aura), Token Wrapping, wXRP and DPT lending or staking that appear on the global Hex Trust website are not offered in Dubai and are not regulated under VARA.”
Live Dubai page, read 6 October 2026
“Services such as Wealth Management (Aura), Token Wrapping, wXRP and DPT lending or staking that appear on the global Hex Trust website are not offered in Singapore and are not regulated by MAS.”
Live Singapore page, read 6 October 2026
Where staking can be used, and through which company, is set out under institutional staking availability. The risks of every service are in the risk disclosure.
